Linear porokeratosis is characterized clinically by basic skin lesions that are identical to those of classic porokeratosis Mibelli, including lichenoid papules, annular lesions, hyperkeratotic plaques with central atrophy, and the characteristic peripheral ridge.[1][2]:567[3]
